2020 has been a very trying year for many in the community and as the year is fast coming to an end, we can all hope and pray that the difficult times are now behind us.
Many of our members have been impacted by the events of 2020, some have experienced incredible difficulty with isolation, loss of family members and the very sad circumstances where they have not been able to gather with family and friends. On behalf of the Brotherhood we would like to express our deepest condolences for all our lost former members, brothers, sisters, mothers & fathers.
The Brotherhoods Committee has been monitoring the current easing of restrictions and understands that in late November the Victorian Government has allowed indoor gatherings up to 100 people. We are anticipating further easing in restrictions towards Christmas.

The Brotherhoods Committee understands the need from our members to reengage and has locked in Sunday the 13th December 2020 at 12.30pm 46 Straker Street, North Melbourne for a Luncheon.
All members are welcome, however, due to limited numbers we kindly ask you to contact Lefteri Tsoukalas on 0408 449 176 to make your booking prior to Friday the 4th December 2020.
Whilst the Committee will continue to monitor the Victorian Government adjustment to restrictions, at this stage we are capped to 100 people. Therefore, we will prioritise members who book in early.

- $35pp for non-members
Inclusive Of:
- 3 course meal (excluding drinks)

The price has increased slightly due to additional compliance measures and staffing requirements. The Brotherhood will always work to minimise the impact and continue to apply all resources to keep costs low.
Our luncheon will conclude at 3pm and be followed by the AGM.
AGM
At 3.30pm till 5.30on on the same day, we will conduct an AGM. Therefore, we ask all to stay on for this meeting and welcome members who cannot attend the luncheon to join us at the later time slot of 3.30pm. Tea and coffee will be available free of charge after 3.30pm.
Traditionally, the Brotherhood has held AGM and functions separately, however, due to current restrictions, together with a fast concluding year, we have decided to amend our regular programs, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:
President’s welcome
Apologies
Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous AGM.
President’s Report
Secretary’s Report
Treasurer’s Report
Planned activities for the year ahead
Committee appointments
Conclusion
We are very pleased to be able to meet again and look forward to seeing you all soon.
